an Investment Professional ("IP"),
a self-certified High Net Worth Individual ("HNWI"), or
a self-certified Sophisticated Investor ("SI").
To self-certify all you are required to do is to complete our Investor registration Form, accept EnviroMatch's Terms and Conditions and agree to the applicable High Net Worth Individual or Sophisticated Investor statement provided.

An individual who is an authorised or exempt person under the FSMA or who is employed by an authorised or exempt organisation under the FSMA
An individual with an annual income of not less than £100,000 or who has held, throughout the financial year immediately preceeding the date on which the certificate is signed, net assets* to the value of not less than £250,000.
*In determining an HNWI’s net assets, no account shall be taken of the primary residence or any loan secured on that residence, any rights under a qualifying contract of insurance, or any benefits which are payable on the termination of service or on death or retirement and to which the individual or any
of his dependents are entitled.
Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor ("SI")
Who:

An individual can become a self-certified sophisticated investor if at least one of the
four situations listed below are applicable.
you are a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for at least the last six months prior to the date of self-certification;
youhave made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years prior to the date of self-certification;
you are working, or have worked in the two years prior to the date of self-certification, in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises;
you are currently, or have been in the two years prior to the date of self-certification, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.
Please note: for as long as you are an EnviroMatch Investor, you will be required to repeat this certification process on an annual basis.
